Fitness Consultations
A fitness consultation is an excellent opportunity for us to have a one-time meeting and delve into your unique needs and goals. In addition, we will be conducting a comprehensive fitness assessment to determine your current level of physical abilities.
Couples Personal Training
Each couple's personal training session lasts approximately one hour. During this time, we will ensure that we prioritize the personal needs and goals of both partners while also designing a workout that is highly effective.
One-on-One Training
LFT's one-on-one sessions have been created to cater to your individual needs and goals. Each session lasts for one hour, allowing us to fully concentrate on your personal growth and development. We offer the flexibility to train at a location of your preference. We also bring any equipment we need to give you an exceptional workout experience.
Group Training Sessions
LFT's group training sessions are designed to be one hour long and can accommodate a group of four to ten individuals. This is an affordable approach to offer personal training to a community or family.
