How does aquatic exercise differ?

Lindsey's expertise in aquatic exercise brings a new, unique variety of fitness to LFT. According to the Mayo Clinic, aquatic exercise lowers the pressure that exercise typically puts on the bones, joints, and muscles. It is low-impact, but it also can help strengthen the muscles due to the natural resistance of water. You do not need to know how to swim, so it is an excellent choice for older adults to stay active.

Health benefits include improved heart health, reduced stress, and improved muscular endurance and strength.
