About Brandon

At LFT, we believe that effective training isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about lifting people toward a better quality of life. As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology - Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences, I bring a blend of advanced education and real-world experience to help everyday individuals build strength, resilience, and confidence.

With a background in clinical rehabilitation, exercise physiology, and biomechanics, I specialize in helping clients overcome physical limitations and regain functional strength. Whether you're recovering from an injury, working through chronic pain, or simply trying to build a sustainable fitness routine, my mission is to guide you with a strategic, science-based approach rooted in both performance and prevention.

A Functional and Strength-Based Approach to Fitness

My training philosophy is grounded in functional movement and progressive strength training, with a strong emphasis on proper technique, joint health, and mobility. I design every program with the full person in mind—factoring in goals, lifestyle, physical history, and performance needs. From beginners to seasoned gym-goers, I prioritize consistency, gradual progression, and education to help clients feel more capable and confident in and out of the gym.

Areas of focus include:

  • Strength Training & Weightlifting – Progressive programming that promotes muscle growth, power development, and injury prevention.

  • Therapeutic & Corrective Exercise – Ideal for clients managing pain, recovering from injuries, or looking to move better with less discomfort.

  • Functional Movement & Mobility Work – Techniques designed to improve joint health, range of motion, and posture for real-life activities.

  • Habit Coaching & Behavior Change – Helping clients develop long-term success through goal setting, accountability, and habit formation strategies.

Personal Training Built Around You

As a member of the LFT team, I offer mobile, virtual, and in-home personal training services across Central Florida, including Seminole County and surrounding areas. I work with adults of all ages and experience levels—whether you’re starting your fitness journey or returning after time away—and I provide custom training that evolves alongside your goals.

If you’re ready to build real strength, move with purpose, and take your fitness to the next level, I’d love to help. Let’s build something great—together.
