As a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with a Master’s of Science in Kinesiology - Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences, I bring a blend of advanced education and real-world experience to help everyday individuals build strength, resilience, and confidence.
With a background in clinical rehabilitation, exercise physiology, and biomechanics, I specialize in helping clients overcome physical limitations and regain functional strength. Whether you're recovering from an injury, working through chronic pain, or simply trying to build a sustainable fitness routine, my mission is to guide you with a strategic, science-based approach rooted in both performance and prevention.
